This is not a post, but a response to your ROMA-AMOR post. I believe the drawings Moebius made in the notebook were collected and published as VIAMOR. All the drawings in your post are in the book. Thanks for doing what you’re doing. It has rekindled my love for Jean Giraud’s art. Best, Jeroen.

Dionnet claims the first ones were much more brilliant than the ones we know :-) The original illustrations were never reseen.

The illustrations were published in 30*30 book (Les Humanoïdes Associés) published in 1980. I'm not sure Moebius met Appel-Guéry at this time when he drew these illustrations.
