A blog exploring the work of Jean Giraud, aka Gir, aka Moebius. Basically, there didn't seem to be any places online that gave a comprehensive collection of his work, so I made one.
[The official site of Moebius] - While there are very few of his works available to an English-only audience, the last thing I want to do is take away from potential sales by hosting his work here. If you speak French and can enjoy his books the way they were originally meant to be enjoyed, please click over and show him some love.

What is the best version of Arzach to buy in the US? It seems like there are multiple versions and a lot of them cost quite a lot.
The currently in-print French edition. It’s a beautifully printed hardcover for $30. The only story with text that you’d be losing out on is The Legend of Arzach, which he did years after. Although The Detour is in there too, but ya know, if you’re just looking for Arzach, I like this edition a lot.
The Epic edition usually runs around $50 on ebay, but a quick search also tells me copies of the original trade edition, released by Heavy Metal, all run in the twenty dollar range. So that’s the cheapest, but it also has the lowest print quality, plus being so old most of them won’t be in good shape.
